Ha!! Like my day was so crazy I had to post 2 different parts! :)
This afternoon was actually a LOT of fun----I drove down to Coronado Island to see a friend of mine from growing up, Nevie, and her sweet son and daughter, Cade and Taylor! Coronado is just gorgeous---its actually kinda surreal that people (like Nev!) get to live there for real...she walks her son to school and her daughter rides her bike, and we passed a little football team practicing on a field overlooking the ocean! We passed the house where the Wizard of Oz was written (!!!) Well, since both of our husbands were working hard for us, we took the kids to "kids night" at Coronado Brewing Company---where they had a guy walking around making balloons AND the kids ate free!! wow :) It was a lot of fun to catch up with her, and hopefully we'll get to hang out a lot more while we're here...

How FUN to get to see Nevie!! You seem to have friends EVERYWHERE, Christy! What a blessing! Nevie looks great!!
