My husband surprised me with a trip to the West Coast to celebrate our 8th anniversary!!! Even better, it came with a babysitter (THANK YOU MIMI!!!!!!!!!!!!) and so we were able to enjoy an amazing 4 day weekend in Newport (which is definitely in the running for my FAVORITE place on earth)...it was absolutely gorgeous.
It was so much fun to enjoy being in such a beautiful place together. We got to see Ben Harper, G Love & Donovan Frankenreiter at Doheny Days, a music festival ON the beach in Laguna, we went paddleboarding around Newport Harbor/Bay, watched a paddleboarding race, ate wonderful dinners together (with NO food throwing or screaming!!), and went running along the Newport Beach boardwalk watching the waves crash...truly it was therapy to my weary, HOT soul :) I love my husband so very much...THANK YOU Brian!!!!
